Purposes and legal grounds for processing personal data – concluding and performing contracts with clients, including the recovery of debts from buyers who fail to meet their obligations (legal grounds: processing data is necessary for the performance of a contract; also, processing data is necessary for the legitimate interests of the Company and you, when the Company processes personal data of your appointed representatives authorized to maintain contact with the Company), mandatory accounting of business transactions (legal grounds: compliance with legal obligations applicable to the Company), and analysis of business transactions (statistics) (legal grounds: the Company’s legitimate interests in analyzing its business operations and maintaining statistics).
Recipients of personal data processed by the Company – the Company’s employees, as well as the Company’s partners to whom, in order to fulfill obligations to you, we may, in certain cases, provide the personal data necessary for the execution of your orders. In cases prescribed by law, while fulfilling its obligations, the Company also provides your data to the relevant state authorities.

artmuta.lt requires your personal data, which may be collected in the ways described below. The privacy policy outlines what you can expect when the Company collects personal data about:
